PAYMENT All payments are processed through Paypal's secure gateway. DELIVERY – AT PRESENT WE ONLY POST WITHIN THE UK Free delivery for UK orders over £50.00. A delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied to UK orders which are under £50.00. Goods will be posted using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days (please note working days are Mon-Fri, not including bank holidays). Plants are sent bare-rooted, wrapped in paper, and labelled before final packaging and posting. In this condition the plants will remain completely viable while in transit. The best time to order plants are spring and early autumn. We can send plants through the winter but they are almost dormant at this time. PRICING & AVAILABILITY All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. All products are in stock but if for unforseen circumstance we are unable to fulfill your order you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the unused item to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage and have the cost of the goods covered in case the items go missing in transit.
